Originally opened in 1968, the
Ward
Mall was renamed the Chisholm Mall
in 1997. It is located at the corner of
Highway 81 and Elder/Spruce, the busiest
intersection in Stephens County, and is the
center for many retail and service
businesses. 28,000 cars a day pass in
front of the mall. This central, and high
traffic location were the main reasons for
Walgreen's and Blockbuster locating
here. Wouldn't your business benefit from

Occupying
12 acres, this 200,000 square foot building
has 156,301 square feet of leaseable space.
The common areas of the mall provide a great
place to eat, take a break from shopping, or
just gather to visit with friends. We
strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing
environment for all mall patrons.
Two of Stephen's Country "voted
Best" restaurants are at the
mall 360 Bistro (Best Steak and
Best Burger and Best Dessert),
and LaFiesta Restaurant and
Cantina (Best Mexican Food).
The Chisholm Mall Merchant Association
strives to sponsor community-oriented
activities through charity fundraising,
drawings, and shows. There is also the
annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat night where
over 800 children can show off their
costumes in a safe place that is out of the
weather. And don’t forget Santa Claus who
is around every Christmas season to hear all
the gift wishes from good boys and girls.
